Refund Policy

We do not facilitate returns on our website. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for any postage costs applied.

Exchanges (subject to availability) will be accepted up to 7 days from when the product was received, provided the item is in perfect selling condition and unworn.

Tags must be included and unbroken. Please contact houseofshonen.in@gmail.com if you wish to exchange a product.

All items are inspected thoroughly before an exchange is processed. Items found to be worn, used, or unsellable will be rejected and returned to you. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt, as we cannot assist after that timeframe.

An extra fee of 100-200rs( depending upon the SKU/unit purchased ) is to be paid for covering the expense of delivery charges.
