At House of Shonen, we aim to deliver your orders promptly. Typically, you can expect your order within 5-7 business days. However, during high-demand periods, there may be slight delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays via email or phone, as customer satisfaction remains our top priority.

For cancellations, please email us at houseofshonen.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, if your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. If you placed a prepaid order and canceled within the eligible period, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
